Hayman Co. Bolsters Staff as it Aims for $150M

TROY, MI-The multifaceted company adds a certified public accountant and an attorney to its acquisition team as it aims to buy $150 million worth of properties this year.

TROY, MI-Real estate firm Hayman Co. has added employees to its office this year as it attempts to hit $150 million in property acquisitions in 2005. One of Hayman’s hotel properties, the Quality Suites in Lansing, also has won the Choice Hotels International Gold Hospitality Award.

The 117 room all-suite hotel is located just off Saginaw Highway not far from the Lansing Capital City Airport. Hayman also added new members to its team. Certified public accountant Nancy Holmes has been appointed acquisition analyst and attorney Rick Kalisher has been named vice president of business development. Holmes will be responsible for reviewing acquisition projects for multifamily, office and retail properties. Kalisher, who comes to Hayman with 20 years of real estate law, financing and mortgage banking experience, will lead Hayman’s business development team.
