Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti of the New Haven office of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services and Paul Davis of the Detroit office brokered the deal. Also involved with marketing efforts were Sean Hamilton and Andy Daitch of the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap.

The property was developed in the early 1970s and consists of six detached seven- and eight-story buildings on approximately 33 acres. The complex contains 11 floor plans: 716 one-bedroom, 640-sf units; 378 two-bedroom, 860-sf units; and 41 three-bedroom, two-bath units ranging from 1,000 sf to 1,100 sf.

The property totals 827,970 sf. JAB plans a comprehensive renovation, rehabilitation and market repositioning for the property.
