The move reunites Kreisberg with the Koeppel family with whom he worked at Koeppel Tener Riguardi Inc. from 1990 through 1994. "I'm excited to be working with Caleb and David Koeppel and Sarah Cohn. I look forward to being part of the renaissance of Downtown Manhattan." In addition to the financial district building, other Koeppel sites are 575 Lexington and 130 Fulton St.

For the past 10 years, Kreisberg served as director of leasing for the Adler Group Inc. He is an active REBNY member, serving on its commercial division board of directors and as chairman of the building agents rental committee.

The New Rochelle resident is also a member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York Inc. He served on its board of governors and as treasurer in 1996.
