NEW YORK CITY-Industry veteran Jay Kreisberg has joined Koeppel Cos. LLC. He will have specific leasing responsibility for 26 Broadway for the real estate investment, brokerage, leasing and management firm.

The move reunites Kreisberg with the Koeppel family with whom he worked at Koeppel Tener Riguardi Inc. from 1990 through 1994. “I’m excited to be working with Caleb and David Koeppel and Sarah Cohn. I look forward to being part of the renaissance of Downtown Manhattan.” In addition to the financial district building, other Koeppel sites are 575 Lexington and 130 Fulton St.
