CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Robert D. Faktorow and David B. Gast, who represented the seller in the transaction, declined to respond to GlobeSt.com inquiries regarding the sale price due to a very strict agreement with the client. However, Fairfax County records indicate that the two-structure office campus has a current assessed value of $50.5 million.

Located off Interstate 495 near the Tysons Galleria, 1600 International and 8300 Greensboro--which feature approximately 100,000 sf over four floors and 255,000 sf over 12 floors, respectively--sit in an area called "the Hill" at the highest point in Fairfax County. The premier office property was developed in two phases and reached completion when 1600 International was erected in 1998; the structures share an on-site parking facility.
