Two-Building Office Complex Changes Hands

MCLEAN, VA-American Realty Advisors joined forces with affiliates of Quadrangle Development Corp. to acquire a two-building office complex from Care Q 8300 Inc. The class A structures, located adjacent to each another at 1600 International Dr. and 8300 Greensboro Dr., feature a total of 355,000 sf.

CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Robert D. Faktorow and David B. Gast, who represented the seller in the transaction, declined to respond to GlobeSt.com inquiries regarding the sale price due to a very strict agreement with the client. However, Fairfax County records indicate that the two-structure office campus has a current assessed value of $50.5 million.
