Argent Adds 58,586 SF at Continental Towers

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-The Ameriquest Capital Corp. subsidiary now has 221,704 sf at Prime Group Realty Trust's three-building asset along the Northwest Tollway, which recently won "the Office Building of the Year" honors from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Suburban Chicago.

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-Argent Mortgage Co. has expanded its lease at Continental Towers by more than a third, adding 58,586 sf. The Irvine, CA-based subsidiary of Ameriquest Capital Corp. now has 221,704 sf at Prime Group Realty Trust’s three-building asset at 1701 W. Golf Rd., along the Northwest Tollway.

Although financial terms were not disclosed, Argent Mortgage Co. took the additional space for more than five years, according to the office REIT, which is asking $14.50 per sf at the property that includes nearly 850,000 sf of office space. Occupancy at Continental Towers, which includes a 55,000-sf health club and two restaurants, was most recently 76%. The three 12-story towers also recently won “the Office Building of the Year” honors from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Suburban Chicago.
