College Signs On for 70,000 SF at Planned Mixed-Use Project

NORFOLK, VA-Tidewater Community College has made an agreement with the developers of Harbor Heights to occupy 70,000 sf at the 476,000-sf, mixed-use development. Spearheading the project are Robinson Development Group and Stanton Partners, who expect to complete the combination residential, office and retail property for $38 million. When all is said and done, the 15-story building will be the tallest structure in the Downtown area.

Encircled by Boush Street, College Place and Tazewell Street, Harbor Heights will have a prominent location Downtown just blocks from Scope Arena and Downtown Plaza. In addition to the TCC office space–two floors were added to the original plan to accommodate the school–Harbor Heights will feature 99 residential units consisting of upscale condominiums and lofts, as well as a retail segment to which a GW Market has already committed.
