Touhy Avenue Warehouse Sells for $10M

NILES, IL-Bee Sales Co., which distributes products imported from the Pacific Rim, buys the 262,000-sf warehouse at 6310-30 W. Touhy Ave. from a private investor for less than $40 per sf.

NILES, IL-Bee Sales Co. has paid $10 million for a 262,000-sf warehouse at 6310-30 W. Touhy Ave. The new owner will use the property, which includes 25,000 sf of office space, for distribution of merchandise and beauty products imported from the Pacific Rim.

Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. senior vice president Christopher T. Volkert, SIOR handled negotiations for Bee Sales Co. in its acquisition of the 40-year-old property from a private investor, who was represented by CB Richard Ellis senior vice president J. Patrick McCourt and vice president Greg Wernisch.
