PHOENIX-In an effort to upgrade its image and get a convenient location for employees, Usalco Ltd. will relocate the headquarters team and manufacturing workforce to a 19,610-sf freestanding industrial building in Coronado Business Park.

The company, which manufactures and installs custom cabinetry for convenience stores, signed a four-year lease at 5536 W. Roosevelt St. The deal puts about $300,000 in the pockets of building owner, Denver-based ProLogis, says Matt Hobaica, a principalwith Lee & Associates Arizona who represented Usalco Ltd. in the transaction. ProLogis used in-house broker Patty Stephens to negotiate its terms.
