Scott Hughes, president, and associates Matthew Foley and Brian A. Gagne Jr., of Hughes. represented the property owner, Two Grove LLC, an affiliated entity of the Maggiore Cos. The tenant was represented by James H. McEvoy, VP of the Conrad Group of Quincy, MA.
