While specific terms of the deal are presently unavailable, the property's current assessed value of $26 million offers some perspective on how much the property could have commanded. The building features an underground parking facility and is part of the five-structure TransPotomac Plaza office park.

Although it has relinquished ownership, PFCU will not vacate the premises immediately. Having signed a lease agreement with the new owner as part of the disposition transaction, the organization will continue to occupy its space on four floors of the six-story structure until next April, when PFCU's new headquarters building at 2930 Eisenhower Ave. reaches completion.
