The firm will move in March to 7600 N. 16th St. from 1825 E. Northern, says Michelle Conley with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC. She and Larry Downey with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. represented MultiSystems in the transaction, which is valued at $3 million for building owner, Newport Beach, CA-based Muller Co., Conley tells GlobeSt.com that finding a location that would suit MultiSystems' desire for a new environment for the same amount of office space in the same submarket was challenging. "We explored the submarket, but we were limited by the size requirements and parking requirements of 5 per 1,000," she says.

In addition to great economics, Downey says the Plaza at Squaw Peak III office will upgrade the firm's image plus it has a more efficient floor plan. "The owners are putting a lot of money into the building, which is one of the reasons MultiSystems liked it," he explains.

Built in the 1990s, the 110,000-sf, two-story Plaza at Squaw Peak III is 97% occupied with the MultiSystems lease. Jennifer Bishop and Mark Seale with CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the building owner.
