Franklin St. National City has 148,000 sf in 11 Equity Office Properties buildings in: Atlanta; San Francisco; San Jose; Dallas; Bellevue, WA; and Fairfax, VA.

Mark Gunderson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Citigroup and NLI Properties, owners of the 40-story, 800,000-sf building at LaSalle and Adams streets. CB Richard Ellis brokers handled negotiations for Lehman Brothers.

Studley tenant representatives David Gelfand and Andrew Kelly handled negotiations for National City with Equity Office Properties' Ellen Meline May. Although terms were not disclosed, Equity Office Properties is asking $16 per sf on net leases for space at 1 N. Franklin Ave.
