Assurance Agency is relocating from Rolling Meadows to the top two floors at 1750 E. Golf Rd., where it will get a sign atop the roof. "Assurance has outgrown its existing space and capitalized on market dynamics to create a better facility solution for its organization and staff," says Equis Corp. senior vice president Scott Goldman, who represented the insurance brokerage firm with Ralph Gerbie and Vickie Onesti. Joe Stevens handled negotiations for Transwestern Commercial Services.

DoubleClick's office here is in addition to the marketing company's Chicago location at 180 N. LaSalle St. "DoubleClick decided to restructure its lease and upgraded its space by undertaking a new build out on the top floor of the building," says Newmark associate director Keith W. Cade, who represented DoubleClick along with New York-based principal Michael Ippolito. "The new space is more efficient and is better suited to support its business operations."

Steve Kling of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Pittsburgh-based McKnight Group, new owners of the 250,000-sf property.
