Developer Taking Office Park Condo

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-RSM Development & Management will convert a 46,268-sf office park here into office condominiums, a concept that has proven successful in Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-RSM Development & Management is converting a 46,268-sf office park here into office condominiums. Pineview Office Park Condominiums consist of 16 units in four buildings on five acres at 33469-33505 W. Fourteen Mile Rd., on the southwest corner of Farmington and Fourteen Mile roads.

Three units are currently available; the remainder will be sold as leases expire over the next several years. Sizes start at 799 sf, and units can be combined to create as much as 12,600 contiguous sf.
