The renewed lease agreement, which comes just a year-and-a-half after Presidio first moved to the property, is for a 10-year term. Greg Lubar and Pete Briskman of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant, while building owner Matan Property represented itself.

Developed in 1989, Commerce Center II occupies a 6.5-acre parcel near the intersection of the Capital Beltway and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Specific terms of Presidio's lease expansion and extension agreement with the property owner have not been disclosed. However, businesses seeking class A and class B office space in the Northern Prince George's County area will find the average full-service rental rates to be $21.50 and $18 per sf, respectively, according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.'s Year-End 2004 Office Report.
