The property includes 136,000 sf of retail and 17,500 sf of office space as well as several multifamily rental units. The adjoining three-level Calhoun Square parking ramp consists of approximately 500 stalls. In addition to property management, Madison Marquette will also provide construction management services for the planned redevelopment of the project.
