Wright Services Group Inc. signed a five-year pact, valued at $893,000, for 1710 E. Grant St., which has just had 32,500 sf filled by Menlo Worldwide Forwarding of Redwood City, CA. Sky Harbor Center was built by Miller Valentine as a speculative development adjacent to Miller Brands' build-to-suit facility.
Wright Services Group was occupying about 50,000 sf at 4202 E. Elwood St., but decided to make the move because its existing lease was expiring. "They wanted to be in a central location in the heart of Phoenix with great freeway access because they deliver throughout the Valley," Bruce Campbell, a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. He represented Miller Valentine in the transaction while Jeff Conrad of Lee & Associates Arizona represented Wright Services Group, which primarily delivers mattresses.
