Tenants Filling New Shopping Center

MONROE, MI-Broder & Sasche has tenants for 10,000-sf in its Frenchtown Shopping Center at the corner of Telegraph and Mall Road. The 13,000-sf center is in the shadow of a Lowe's Home Improvement Center.

MONROE, MI-Frenchtown Shopping Center, a new 13,000-sf retail center, will open this month with nearly 10,000 sf leased by six tenants,says Richard Broder, president of Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services, the project’s developer and property manager. The center is located on a two-acre lot at the corner of Telegraph and Mall Road adjacent to a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center.

Major signed tenants expected to open in February and March include: Flagstar Bank, with 2,960 sf; Game Stop, with 1,480 sf; The Cash Store with 1,350 sf; Jimmy John’s with 1,480 sf, Wireless Giant with 1,480 sf, and Great Clips, with 1,184 sf. Negotiations are underway with several other national retailers for the remaining space in the center, Broder adds. Landmark Realty is handling the leasing, while Broder & Sachse will manage the property.
