Fried Frank Renews and Expands at One NY Plaza

NEW YORK CITY-Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson will continue to call One New York Plaza home for the next 15 years. The firm adds 42,000 sf to bring its total in the Lower Manhattan site to 380,000 sf.

NEW YORK CITY-International law firm Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson inked a 380,000-sf renewal and expansion at One New York Plaza. The legal practice has been an anchor tenant at the Lower Manhattan site for 25 years.

The firm adds 42,000 sf and extends the total lease agreement for 15 years. “As Fried Frank continues to grow, attracting excellent attorneys and serving clients around the world, we are accommodating this growth in a way that affords us the most flexibility and continuity,” says Valerie Ford Jacob, Fried Frank’s chairman.
