Meanwhile, AMB Property Corp. signed three deals totaling nearly 100,000 sf, two with current customers and the other with a new tenant. Admiral Air renewed its deal for 36,319 sf at 1101 Ellis Ave, while USA Bouquet renewed a 31,346-sf lease at 614 Supreme Dr. Dedicated Systems signed a 31,037-sf deal at 1117 Ellis Ave.
NAI Hiffman senior associate Benjamin Cremer represented Park International Trading Corp. in negotiations with Matthew Stauber and Tom Rodino of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Chris Tecu and Tom Wagener of Trammell Crow Co. represented San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. on the Admiral Air lease renewal and the Dedicated Systems lease. Tom Barbera handled negotiations for the property owner while Tecu represented USA Bouquet. John Suerth of CB Richard Ellis represented Admiral Air while Chris Zubel of CB Richard Ellis represented Dedicated Systems.
