Bo Mills and Mark Detmer advanced to SVP positions; Jerry Noble took on a VP's role; and Jason Moore, Todd Noel and Michael Kitlica moved up to senior associates. Henig says production level, real estate experience and community and professional leadership determine brokerage promotions.

Both Mills and Detmer have been with TCC since 1997. Mills specializes in industrial real estate, such as distribution and manufacturing facilities and land. During his career, he has completed more than 240 transactions, totaling eight million sf, with a value in excess of $250 million. He's also sold more than 400 developable acres in the region.Detmer also specializes in industrial real estate, particularly the airport and Southeast Valley submarkets. He has completed more than 240 transactions, exceeding $200 million and representing seven million sf.

Noble, also an eight-year veteran of TCC's Phoenix ranks, specializes in office product, as do Moore, Noel and Kitlica. The new trio of senior associates the firm in 2003.
