GVA Worldwide Adds Greek Affiliate

ATHENS, GREECE-Kantor, a locally based 10-year-old management consulting firm aligns itself with the international real estate services network, which now has partner offices in 19 European nations.

ATHENS, GREECE-Kantor, a locally headquartered management consulting firm with six offices in Europe, has aligned itself with Chicago-based GVA Worldwide, an international commercial real estate services network. The firm now will be known as GVA Kantor.Managed by Sofia Athanasopoulou, Kantor has been in business for 10 years. It provides portfolio management, investment services, consulting and valuation services, project development, and property management. In addition to its headquarters and two other offices in Greece, Kantor has offices in London, Brussels and Warsaw.GVA chairman Michael Cohen says the Kantor is “significantly bolstering” the company’s competitive presence in the European marketplace. With the addition, GVA Worldwide now has partner offices in 19 European nations.GVA is a real estate services network owned by affiliate firms, principally New York-based GVA Williams, London-based GVA Grimley and GVA Advantis in Washington, DC. The organization comprises over 3,000 real estate professionals serving approximately 120 markets.
