RealShare EXCLUSIVE: Conference Makes Third Stop in Nation's Capital

WASHINGTON, DC-Real Estate Media’s RealShare Conference series makes its second stop of the year when it comes to the District on March 3. The daylong event, which is being held at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in Downtown, is the third to take place here and should prove most interesting, as Washington DC continues to hold a leading position among other major metropolitan areas in the office, multifamily and retail markets. Real Estate Media, the parent company of Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com, is anticipating more than 500 attendees.

RealShare Washington, DC will assess the state of the market in Metropolitan Washington, DC, which includes the District, as well as Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland. Industry heavy hitters will gather to make presentations to real estate players from across the region. The event will also feature a variety of panels and informational sessions that will allow attendees to garner a current perspective on the state of the market, and to network with industry colleagues. Last year’s conference brought out 500 senior level executives.
