Logistics Firm Will Relocate to Freestanding Building

TEMPE, AZ-Phoenix Logistics is planning an April move into an 18,383-sf freestanding industrial building. The company inks a 63-month lease with a payout of $714,793 for the building.

TEMPE, AZ-In hopes of upgrading its image, Phoenix Logistics has signed a 63-month lease for an 18,383-sf freestanding industrial building. The deal puts $714,793 in the pockets of building owner, Renton, WA-based Aston Capital Corp.

In April, the logistics firm will move into its new facility at 2507 W. Geneva Dr., relocating from 20,000-sf at 2202 E. Magnolia Ave. “The main factor was that Phoenix Logistics wanted to upgrade its image,” Ken McQueen, vice president with Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com. He and senior associate Andy Ogan represented Phoenix Logistics. Aston Capital was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. team of Steve Sayre, Pat Harlan and Lindsay Erickson.
