Charter One Signs 52,777-SF Deal at Hyatt Center

CHICAGO-Charter One Bank has become a charter tenant of the 1.7-million-sf Hyatt Center at 71 S. Wacker Dr. The bank has signed a 10-year lease for 52,777 sf on the 28th and 29th floors, with an additional 2,600 sf on the ground floor for a retail branch at the 47-story triangular building.

Jeff Liljeberg of CB Richard Ellis represented Charter One Bank in negotiations with JF McKinney & Associates, which represents the building’s developers, Higgins Development Partners, LLC and Pritzker Realty Group, LP.
