Tech Firm Preleases at Water's Edge

BELCAMP, MD-Water’s Edge Corporate Campus prepares for a new tenant now that technology company Regal Decision Systems has signed a lease for 8,000 sf at the business park’s newest building, which is scheduled for completion in June. The simulation software developer will relocate its Fallston office to the class A office structure to be built at 4692 Millennium Dr. within the $100-million, 41-acre compound that will ultimately contain 400,000 sf of mixed-use offerings. Regal’s new digs will be on the top floor of the new four-story, 80,000-sf structure.

Located at the intersection of Route 40 and Bata Boulevard in Harford County, Water’s Edge sits along the Bush River on the site that was once home to the Bata Shoe Manufacturing Plant. Other companies making their home at the new business park–the first building of which reached completion in 2003–are Applied Research Associates, Logistics Management Institute and SafeNet.
