The townhomes are priced from the low $200,000s to the $390,000s, and include two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half baths, attached garages, nine-foot ceilings, fireplaces and gourmet kitchens. The four floor plan options range from 1,250 sf to 2,436 sf. The two-story lofts are being built above ground floor heated parking and storage in a new 74,153-sf, three-story brick building.
