Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International associate John Gazzola represented Dies Plus in negotiations with Ed Brandt of Epic/Savage, which represented JMO Itasca LLC. Dies Plus, which got financing for its purchase from Bank One, is moving its operations from Carol Stream.
