BNC Mortgage, Inc. signed a deal for 10,184 sf. Perry Higa with CB Richard Ellis represented BrainLAB while Jason Volpe with Studley handled negotiations for BNC Mortgage, Inc. Equity Office Properties director of leasing Jeff Shay represented his company.
NAI Hiffman senior vice president Michael Van Zandt and senior associate Brian Edgerton represented St. Paul Properties, Inc.
