Dave Seeger, an SVP in Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com that the 63-month pact has a payout of nearly $1 million over its term for 8160 S. Hardy Dr. With the APEX Financial Services, the 93,421-sf building is 30% leased. Roughly 66,000 sf recently was vacated by Verizon Wireless.
Seeger, Karsten Peterson and Mark Gustin represented the building owner, Rreef. Jeff Hartland of Grubb & Ellis Co./BRE Commercial LLC in Phoenix structured the pact for the tenant.
"It was the right size, had great parking and they could get into it fairly quickly," Seeger says. The five-year-old building has an 8:1,000 parking ratio and extensive office finish-out.
