The Bethesda, MD-based REIT entered into a new $75 million unsecured credit facility in December of last year. First Potomac's acquisition is subject to closing conditions, as well as lender approval.

Situated near the Washington Dulles International Airport, Enterprise Center occupies a 16.7-acre parcel of land in the Lafayette Business Park right off Rte. 50, or Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy. The property has a current occupancy level of 90.2%, and is home to the Government Communications Systems Division of international communications equipment company Harris Corp., Minerva Network Systems, and information system development firm Symbionics Inc.
