Rose spent 12 years at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he also was chief financial officer of the Americas in addition to chief operating officer. "We have a unique opportunity to build on the company's existing platform and are positioned to grow our market share in transaction, management and consulting services in key strategic markets," says Rose, who also gets a seat on the company's board of directors.
Rose's memberships include CoreNet, International Council of Shopping Centers and the RealComm Advisory Board. He also serves on the boards of Chicago Shakespeare Theater, SiteStuff, Inc. and the Chicago Central Area Committee.
Following Barovick's departure with chief financial officer Ian Y. Bress and chief strategy officer Elizabeth Kulik, global client services president Maureen A. Ehrenberg and transaction services president Robert H. Osbrink ran the company with Parker.
