CyraCom International Inc., a firm that specializes in providing language services to the healthcare industry, will move this month into the two-story Holualoa Foothills Office Plaza at 5780 N. Swan Rd. from an 8,000-sf office in Cottonwood Plaza at 7330 N. Oracle Rd. "They're more than doubling in size," says David Volk, a vice president of CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC who represented CyraCom in the transaction along with Bruce Suppes. "They were running out of space and the old building couldn't accommodate them. It just wasn't efficient."

Volk tells GlobeSt.com that CyraCom is backfilling space that sat empty more than six months. The 19-year-old building was built as the headquarters building for the now-defunct JNC Investments. Situated on 1.5 acres, the building was purchased in 2004 by locally based Holualoa Arizona and renamed. The building's quoted rent is $20 per sf.
