Located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall and the Meadowbrook Parkway, amenities include on-site management, banking, food service, a travel agency, as well as free surface parking. Glenn Schor, Treeline COO, says the effort brings "a new level of building standards and was executed in stages to minimize disruptions."

The Garden City, NY-based Treeline now turns its attention toward a similar multi-million dollar commitment. It will upgrade 400 Garden City Plaza, which the company purchased from Reckson for $30 million during the second quarter of 2004.
