Treeline Completes Renovation

CARLE PLACE, NY-The Treeline Companies has completed a two-year, $8 million renovation of the 315,000-sf One Old Country Rd. The renovation and upgrading includes remodeled upper and lower level lobby areas, new elevator cabs, upgraded public spaces, new restrooms, an enhanced exterior facade and new landscaping. The building’s infrastructure has also been upgraded, including a new HVAC system.

Located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall and the Meadowbrook Parkway, amenities include on-site management, banking, food service, a travel agency, as well as free surface parking. Glenn Schor, Treeline COO, says the effort brings “a new level of building standards and was executed in stages to minimize disruptions.”
