FYH Bearing Units USA Inc. paid $1.7 million, according to property records, for a 30,572-sf building at 285 Industrial Dr., allowing the company to move from Schaumburg. Cornerstone National Bank financed the deal with a $1.4-million loan, according to property records.
Meanwhile, TJO Installations Inc. paid less than $1 million for its 11,754-sf industrial condominium at 1287 Kyle Ct. Fifth Third Bank financed the acquisition that allowed the company to relocate from Elk Grove Village.
