Marigold May Move HQ to Energy Park

ST. PAUL-The Minneapolis-based dairy products company known for its Kemps label is close to signing a 40,000-sf lease at Energy Park Corporate Center.

ST. PAUL-Marigold Foods is close to signing a lease for 40,000 sf and move its headquarters to Energy Park Corporate Center, a two-year-old office/showroom project developed by Ryan Cos. and the St. Paul Port Authority. The Minneapolis-based dairy products company, whose products include those sold under its well-known Kemps label, is “real close” to signing a lease and is the only company in the running for the space, says Tom Collins, at the St. Paul Port Authority.

Kemps would consolidate two offices at the site, which is at the corner of Energy Park Lane and Norris Circle. Kemps current headquarters is at 2929 University Ave. SE in Minneapolis and it also has another small sales office, also in Minneapolis. The close proximity of the Energy Park site to its current offices is one of its attractions.
