"Having a Bank One as a tenant created tremendous interest in the offerings," says Millennium Properties, Inc. president Daniel Hyman, who represented the sellers of both assets. "We were able to achieve a sales price below a (7% capitalization rate) and at substantial prices per square foot."

Bank One shares the building on Halsted Street with DaVita Children's Dialysis Center. Trio Salon and clothier Bijora, Inc. share space in the commercial condominium on the first floor of the North Avenue multifamily building.

Matt Welke of Essex Realty Group, Inc. represented the limited partnership that bought the Halsted Street building, which was sold by RN Realty LLC. Todd Davidson of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented North 18 Commercial, LLC, which acquired the North Avenue property from CMK Development.
