C&W Adds to Alliance

NEW YORK CITY-Cushman & Wakefield has added an 18th member to its alliance. Commercial Kentucky Inc has “returned to the fold.” The Louisville-based firm, which was founded in 1992, is the successor to C&W of Kentucky, a wholly owned branch of the firm, which operated from 1981 until 1992.

Commercial Kentucky continued to service clients in the Louisville area, often teaming with Cushman. In 2004, the brokerage completed more than $200 million in investment sales in the Louisville CBD and was active in the leasing markets. The company employs 11 full-time brokers specializing in office, industrial and investment real estate services. It also offers full-time market research capabilities, tracking more than 18 million sf of office space and 97 million sf of industrial space on a quarterly basis.
