The Seattle-based firm signed a five-year lease with a $1-million payout for space on the fourth floor at 2999 N. 44th St. The keys turn in June.

The firm will be exiting 6,700 sf at 4455 E. Camelback Rd. and 2201 E. Camelback Rd. "They wanted to consolidate and even though the leases weren't co-terminus, they ended within a month of each other," Chris Walton, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC, tells GlobeSt.com. "We were able to structure the lease so they could move in one month before the first lease expired in July."

Walton represented Contractors Bonding & Insurance Co. while Grubb & Ellis' Mike Myrick negotiated on behalf of the building owner, Hannay Investment Properties, which purchased the six-story, 131,099-sf building this month.
