Meanwhile, in an unrelated deal across the county line, Gladwin Machinery & Supply Co. paid $1.5 million for a 20,683-sf industrial building at 636 E. State Pkwy. in Schaumburg, allowing a relocation from neighboring Elk Grove Village. The property in the Woodfield Business Center has heavy crane capacity as well as access to Interstate 90.

Bank Financial provided a $2.2-million first mortgage on the Glendale Heights property. Paine/Wetzel•Oncor International principal Leslie P. Spinner, SIOR and senior associate Daniel J. Benassi represented the buyer. Spinner and associate Steven D. Bass represented the seller.

JP Morgan Chase Bank financed Gladwin Machinery & Supply Co.'s purchase with a $1.1-million mortgage, according to property records. Paine/Wetzel•Oncor International senior associates Daniel T. Jones and Daniel J. Benassi the seller, Machinery Systems, Inc. in negotiations with Patrick Shannon of Darwin Realty.
