Although terms were not disclosed, the CB Richard Ellis team of John Suerth and Larry Johnson is marketing similar space in the industrial park at $3.95 per sf. Suerth and Johnson represented Panattoni Development Co. in negotiations with two other members of CB Richard Ellis, Scott Brandwein and Mike Svoboda.
Previously, Panattoni Development Co. built a 723,000-sf building for Home Depot as well as a 259,000-sf structure for SportMart. Bank One is providing construction financing on the most recent project, which also will include space for R.R. Donnelley and Sons' administrative offices. Although the company already leases warehouse space in Bolingbrook, it has administrative offices in nearby Burr Ridge.
