Medical Office Sells

CATONSVILLE, MD-Ownership of an 80,000-sf medical office building at 700 Geipe Rd. has changed hands. Dalhart, TX-based Dalmore LLC sold the facility to local investor Lord Baltimore Properties. While the financial terms of the transaction have not yet been made available, the building and the nearly five-acre parcel it occupies have a total current assessed value of approximately $2.3 million.

CB Richard Ellis senior vice presidents Bo Cashman and Bill Pellington represented the buyer and the seller. Prior to the sale, CBRE had been marketing the medical office space for $20 per sf, full-service.
