GREENBELT, MD-The building at 6401 Golden Triangle Dr., an 86,400-sf office facility, has been snapped up by NPV Direct Invest in a transaction totaling approximately $13.3 million. NPV acquired the site from Goldstar Golden Triangle LLC on behalf of a group of Tenant-in-Common/co-ownership of investors.

Goldstar had owned the property since 2002, having acquired it for approximately $10.7 million. According to Prince George’s County records, the office building and the nearly three-acre parcel it occupies have a total current assessed value of $8.5 million. San Francisco real estate consultancy firm 1031 Exchange Options represented NPV.
