The drop in space does not represent a downsizing for the company, but is more of a lateral move, according to Glen Ruda, managing partner at Mohr Partners Inc., which represented Northshore. "They were on three separate floors at (76 Lafayette)" says Rhuda. "They chose 199 Rosewood for the efficient layout and the built-in expansion capabilities of the building." Constructed in 1986, 199 Rosewood Dr. is a two-story, 74,048-sf office located just off Route 1, near I-95 North. With the lease, the building is now 73% occupied.
