"This is a strategic location and the sublease space fit them perfectly," Bruce Suppes, an office specialist with CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC, tells GlobeSt.com about the 7526 N. La Cholla Blvd. deal. He represented Keller Williams Southwest Realty in the sublease while the sublessor, CIB Realty, a local residential brokerage firm, was represented by Jenner Lochridge of Picor Realty in Tucson.
The sublease space leases for just over $1,500 per month, Suppes says, adding most of the suites in La Cholla Corporate Center are office condos. "It's very rare to find this kind of space available," he says. The building's 200,000 sf of office condo space is sold out.
