Residential Brokerage Firm Puts Move on Tucson

TUCSON-Keller Williams Southwest Realty's executive team subleases a 1,260-sf suite at La Cholla Corporate Center for six months to break into the market and gain time to search for 4,000 sf to 5,000 sf of permanent class A space.

TUCSON-With plans of establishing a larger office in the city, Keller Williams Southwest Realty has subleased a 1,260-sf suite at La Cholla Corporate Center for a temporary office. The team, inking a six-month sublease, is searching for 4,000 sf to 5,000 sf of permanent class A space.

“This is a strategic location and the sublease space fit them perfectly,” Bruce Suppes, an office specialist with CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC, tells GlobeSt.com about the 7526 N. La Cholla Blvd. deal. He represented Keller Williams Southwest Realty in the sublease while the sublessor, CIB Realty, a local residential brokerage firm, was represented by Jenner Lochridge of Picor Realty in Tucson.
