The developers, affiliates of regional companies the JBG Cos. and CG Investments, relied on Clark Construction Group's Clark Residential to build the 13-story, 125,000-sf structure that cost approximately $15 million to complete. The new facility marks the Hampton Inn hotel chain's 1,300th location.

Hampton Inn-DC is a focused service lodging property and is loaded with such amenities as meeting space, a business center, fitness facility and indoor pool with spa. "Considerable time, money and energy has been spent refining the amenity package and upgrading the finishes of this hotel, making it unique among other Hampton Inns," JBG partner Ken Finkelstein says.
